The Washington Room is always the best experience. The staff were amazing and made it feel very welcoming from the moment we sat down to the moment we left. The food was extremely delicious and the whole experience is why we've been coming back to celebrate our anniversary for the past 4 years and probably many more years to come. Pro tip: always get the octopus

I ate here in January 2023 for some dessert, and I loved it!!! We were fortunate enough to get a seat at the bar, even on a busy Friday night without a reservation. It was definitely busy, but the interior is beautiful!! The desserts were absolutely delicious and a perfect treat; I will definitely be back here for a full meal!!!

My husband and I enjoy celebrating special occasions here regularly! The chefs are very talented in personalizing delicious meals to fit customers’ preferences; I follow a strict GF/DF diet so that can be tricky at times as a lot of meals are either GF but not DF. We love going here and recommend it to all of our friends and family. The view from the Washington Room is spectacular, however, the ambiance can be improved with classic music to match the atmosphere as the last few times we have dined here it didn’t fit the aesthetic.

Celebrated our wedding anniversary here and the place didn’t disappoint. Service from check in was great, friendly staff and prompt service. Food was spectacular! It’s pricey but the whole place and ambience will make you feel special. I just don’t like that the tables are really close to each other that the next table’s conversations are very audible. But I guess you have to really reserve early to get the best quiet-ish spot. Overall, a great place to celebrate a special occasion or have an exquisite fine dining experience. We’ll go back!

Probably one of the nicer restaurants in the region, with elegant cocktails and fine wine, an array of suave apps including delicious vegetable fare, and premium entrees. The biscuits and honey are a phenom, and my scallops were on point. The modern design decor and contemporary luxury vibe add a special and cinematic atmosphere. The service is attentive and polite. Most of the other diners fit the scene, with the exception of the loud, drunk, and obnoxious table of four that was seated directly next to us (we had reservations for two on a date night), who came close to ruining an evening that we paid a pretty penny to experience. For those types, the hostesses should have read the room and isolated them. We expect more discretion next time.

Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen is a must try. The interior and exterior architecture is beautiful. We sat at the Vail Bar for Happy Hour for 1/2 price glasses of wine and draft beer. The wine selection is excellent and the beer choices adequate. The 2 oysters were super fresh. The hummus with Calabrian peppers and double smash burger w/fries were delicious. The service was impeccable thanks to our bartenders Taylor and Gabriel.

I wish I had something bad to say about this place but honestly everything was incredible from start to finish! From the old world decor to the amazing martinis to the downright delicious cheddar biscuits. This is my new favorite haunt! And do yourself a favor & get a drink at the bar a nice burger and explore !

Highly recommended! No doubt the best bar/restaurant in downtown Morristown. Come here instead of 1776 please!! because 1776 is trash compared to Jockey Hollow!!. JH Ambiance . History is cool. Bar and restaurant are pretty awesome. Service was superb! Jason (our bartender) was great! Made me a perfect Old Fashioned and he even toured us to the other bar of the restaurant. That’s service! We had oysters and they were on point! I will come back here to check out the restaurant.
